Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Services (Digitizing & Vector Art)

Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested before delivery of the final file.

Once files are delivered, refunds are only available if there is a mistake attributable to Spark Custom Store (e.g., design flaw).

In such cases, we will revise or correct the design at no additional cost.

2. Physical Products (Custom Patches & Caps)

Refunds are available for defective or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds/returns are not available for custom products due to customer errors (wrong size, design approval mistakes, etc.).

Replacement or correction will be offered if the fault is ours.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Duplicate/extra payments will be refunded upon verification.
