By accessing and using Spark Custom Store’s website (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be effective once posted on this page.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, and files, are the property of Spark Custom Store or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without authorization.

3. Services & Delivery

Digitizing & Vector Art Services: Delivered by email within 24 hours (or agreed timeline) after receiving your design/order.

Custom Patches & Caps: Production takes 5–6 business days. Orders are shipped to the customer’s address, with tracking provided by email.

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, revisions, or unforeseen delays.

4. Payments

We accept payments through secure online methods (credit/debit cards, Payoneer, bank transfer). By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to process payment.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs/mockups before final approval. Spark Custom Store is not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or sizing after approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spark Custom Store is not liable for any damages to garments, apparel, or other items used for test sew-outs or prints. Customers are advised to run samples before bulk production.
